You have the right not to accept the product if it does not comply with the product published on the site or ordered by you. The compliance of the products between the product published on the site and ordered should be checked when the order is delivered to you, in the presence of the supplier courier.
In case of discrepancies between the ordered and delivered products, you have the right not to accept the product and not to sign the act of delivery and acceptance. In this case, we will provide you with a new product or its alternative as soon as possible. If we are unable to provide you with a new product or replace it with an alternative acceptable to you, the fee for this product will be refunded in no later than 5 (five) working days.
The compliance between the products is confirmed by the signature on the act of delivery and acceptance. If you have signed the act of delivery and acceptance, you will not be able to return / replace the transferred products.
Since the visual characteristics of the products placed on the site may differ slightly from the actual visuals of the products, such distinction will not be construed as discrepant between the ordered and delivered products. In order to avoid misunderstandings, the buyer can contact the seller to clarify the details before signing an order.
Detection of defect/damage after product delivery
In case of a defect or damage, the customer must notify the company of the problem in no later than 24 hours after receiving the product.
You need to email us the required information (order number, name and surname) and send us a photo of the defect. It is mandatory to send this information by email.
The return of the product must be done physically at our address 14a, kavtaradze street in Tbilisi, according to the time previously agreed with the store.
After physically presented at the location, the defect will be assessed, replaced, or the product will be returned.
